If you’re a regular reader, by now you’ve noticed the blog’s new look.  The circles!

I like how they look like portholes into the blog — like windows of inspiration.  Polka dots are pretty synonymous with Spring fashion, as much as stripes and florals.  And porthole windows in architecture, like room #12 here, are so distinct and unique.

Since my mind has been a little like swiss cheese (ha! full of circles), I am sending you elsewhere for inspiration:

1.  Circles on the blog:  In design — Jonathan Adler fabric & logos;  Inside the Great Harbor Yacht Club;  and full-circle — karma.

2.  Kelly Wearstler rocks.  Her blog, My Vibe My Life, is so amazing — her eye and her lens.  She is the ultimate in coolness.  I love how her posts are organized in a theme…like these posts, one after the other on circles — “Concentric Interiors,” “Full Circle” and “Going Ballistic.”

3.  goop looks like a bunch of circles, right?  the loops in the “g” and “p” too?  I’ve always thought Windsor Smith’s Room-In-A-Box concept was brilliant, and loved seeing how Gwyneth used the service to transform one of her rooms!

And…talk about what goes around, comes around — I featured the artist, Yuko K. here, and will actually have the chance to see her Cross Art in exhibition next week, here!
