HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We recently opened up our sales to retail customers, and offer fabric by the yard and pillows online.  For Wholesale and To the Trade inquires and orders, please fill out the contact form and attach a copy of your Resale Certificate.  We will send you an email with your login and password to access Trade ordering.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEADTIMES + MINIMUMS?

We stock a few colorways per pattern, however, we print most of the designs in the collection on a per-order basis.  Made-to-order fabrics generally have a lead-time of 4 – 6 weeks, and our stocked fabrics ship within 5 – 7 business days after receipt of payment. Rush orders for items not in stock will be accommodated when possible and are subject to an up charge.  There is a 2-yard minimum for any order, or we can offer cuts as low as one yard for any of our in-stock goods with an additional $25 cut fee. We can fulfill orders as low as 3 yards for items not kept in stock with an additional $50 cut fee.

WILL THE ORDERED FABRIC MATCH MY MEMO SWATCH? DO YOU PROVIDE CFAs?

We are happy to offer CFAs for any of our in-stock fabrics once an order is placed. Our made-to-order designs are bespoke and we do not have the ability to offer a CFA for these. If you would like request a strike-off before your order is put into production, you may do so for an additional fee.  Due to the nature of the fabric and the color dyes, there are variations in the fabric runs, but we always try our best to insure color consistency and accuracy.

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our fabric is hand inspected at the mill, before delivery for color and any irregularities before cutting and/or treatment. Returns cannot be made once the fabric has been cut or treated and custom goods cannot be returned. Online purchases of ready-made pillows can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs and adjustments, such as cut fees and rush fees, will not be reimbursed. Our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

 CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM COLOR?

We offer custom color options for almost all of our patterns and are happy to accept custom requests. All custom jobs are subject to a 30% up charge and a strike-off fee. All of our patterns are also available as custom wallpaper.

WHAT OTHER CUSTOM CAPABILITIES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We are open to custom artwork and new pattern development which would be billed as a flat fee depending on the number of colors in the pattern and custom screen creation.  We have the ability to rescale or recolor our existing prints. Additionally, we can create brand new designs entirely suited to your projects.  All custom work requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit to begin.
